MCCAULEY IT offers a full array of managed services.  Although we do offer sales of Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wifi and Cameras, we specialize in Managed services.  This means the hardware is owned by MCCAULEY IT and we do any configurations, troubleshooting or changes a company may need.  All the services are bundled into one monthly fee.  If there is a hardware failure it is MCCAULEY IT's responsibility to replace the hardware. 

The three options are:

• Purchase equipment and manage your network yourself (good for business's with an existing IT department)

• Purchase equipment and MCCAULEY IT will manage your network (higher upfront costs but lower monthly fees)

• Purchase fully managed services.  MCCAULEY IT purchases equipment and manages network (lower upfront fees but higher monthly)
